This two-day course provides an introduction to Agile and each of the leading Agile methods; including Scrum, eXtreme Programming, and Lean Software Development, using practical exercises to demonstrate the skills required to manage an Agile project.

Holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management and holds multiple project and program management accreditations (PMP©, PMI-ACP©, PMI-RMP©, PMI-SP© and PgMP©) from the Project Management Institute (PMI©). He has over 23 years of professional experience. During that time, he has led some significant global IT and Infrastructure projects and programs for various industries. Coupled with his industrial experience, he spends time training and coaching in USA, Middle-East, Africa, Asia and Europe on the topic of project and program management.
