Projects and programs require a number of core elements to succeed and it is the role of the project and program manager to develop and deliver these elements. This set of courses are designed to show how to develop these project and program management skills and well as showing how to implement these skills in your environment.

We focus on understanding core project and management skills such as project selection, planning, estimating, scheduling, and project control methods.

You will leave the courses with a full understanding of what project and program management is and how to manage a successful entity.

The entire curriculum is compliant with the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide)” of the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI) USA.

Project Management Foundations

  • Understand the role of the project manager
  • Focus on understanding PM Process and Structure
  • Presenting and using core Project Tools and Techniques
Stakeholder Engagement

  • Focus on the value of project governance and leadership to project manager
  • Present and use challenging project management tools (i.e. KPI’s, estimates, resource planning, etc.)
  • Demonstrate how to manage projects from a program level (i.e. multi-projects)
CAPM® / PMP® Certification

  • Understand the CAPM® PMP® exam process (i.e. application procedure to taking the exam)
  • Understand the content / knowledge to pass the exam successfully
  • Use simulated exams to understand how to tackle exam questions
PBA® Certification

  • Understand the PBA® exam process (i.e. application procedure to taking the exam)
  • Identify the attributes of being a Business Analyst
  • Understand the Business Analyst tools and techniques
  • Practice sample PBA® exam questions
