A smart, engaging and fun virtual game that develops high level of team collaboration and improves individual competencies.
Focus challenge deals with improving different competencies such as leadership, communication skills, problem solving, collaboration and more, throughout a smart, engaging and fun game that mirrors our daily reality, both at work and outside. It consists of three parts:

STEP
We will work together on deciding which competencies you want to cover or improve, thus each game can be customized & have different tasks and focus, depending on your goals & areas you want to excel in.

STEP
Two hours long, engaging game simulation, modelling work & life situations, showing your strong areas and competencies that can or need to be improved.

Participants are divided into teams of 3-5 people, aiming to reach the goal via virtual collaboration.
The teams have 60 minutes to solve 25 different tasks requiring different skills and team effort.
60 minutes reflection on strategy & behaviour patterns crucial to succeed in the game, and in real life.
03
STEP
One & a half hours long workshop with the trainer following the game, based on a detailed analytical report that shows team & individual strengths and areas for improvement. The workshops' aim is to create an immediate action plan including concrete tools to support it.
